Carson 4 Light Semi Flush By Crystorama

I searched high and low for a semi flush mount for my living room, looking at least 200-300. Wanted an impressive looking fixture that's elegant and looks upscale but not one of those over the top ones adorned with crystals and impossible to clean. I love lucite and love polished nickel so I was drawn to this fixture, the shape of it, open and airiness of it, idea that it'd create a nice reflection of light on the ceiling due to the open sides, etc. And I liked that this was decorative and simple at the same time, which is very difficult to achieve in a fixture. So it arrived within less than 2 days which was a great surprise. The construction and quality are superb and it's quite heavy. You can tell it's made from high quality materials. So many fixtures made in China, even expensive ones, feel cheap and nothing about this feels cheap. Since I ordered a semi flush mount, I was surprise to see that this comes with a chain as well if you want to hang - so it has installation directions for both hanging and semi-flush. I haven't yet installed though am quite confident it's going to look as good or better than I imagined.
