The shape is perfect in our bedroom. FYI, the gold band is very shiny. I gave it only four stars because regardless of color or size of bulb it casts a yellow tint. It has additional pieces that allow additional hanging length. It went us easily.

This light fixture was exactly as advertised. However, I gave it four stars instead of five because the gold on it was brighter than shown in the photos and, in my opinion, detracted from the elegance of the shade.

The ribbon trim is coming off of the shade making it look like a cheap product. There’s no way I can fix it without making it look obvious or glued.
