I will be returning this because the gold is a bit too "yellow" gold and I was looking for more of a matte and champagne gold finish.

Go for it! This beautiful light is a perfect mix of elegance, glam, traditional and modern. My husband and I (not professional electricians) were able to put this light up ourselves. We combined the electric strands, and adjusted the chains. The strands of glass beads also did not take very long to hook on. Overall, it took about 5 hours for the process to be completed, and thats only if you are amateurs like us. It was worth the labor (check out the pictures)! It provides the perfect lighting for our dining area. I couldnt have selected a better light. Btw this is an original Crystorama light called Winham.
